Process walk-through with customer, unit testing, furniture & flooring protection installed.

Filters & all AC unit plastic covers unscrewed & removed for mould treatment & cleaning (outside). Water catchment bag installed, condensation tray released.

CLEANING

Bio-degradable non-toxic mould cleaning solution applied to the coil, barrel fan, air-well, fins & louvers. 5-10mins dwell time, scrubbing as necessary. Light pressure clean to remove all bio-toxic material. Flush condensation line to eliminate existing or potential leaks.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Unit drying process commenced. Anti-fungal mould prevention solution applied to key components. Covers, louvers & filters re-installed. Unit testing & final check over.

Visual inspection, sanitise & clean if safely accessible.
